Myron has 18 years of direct performance fitness and industry experience. Myron has trained hundreds of division 1 athletes, professionals, and active adults. He has provided facilities management and personal training consultant services for some of the country’s largest fitness chains.He is a nationally ranked and recognized personal trainer and has established relationships with major colleges and NFL scouts across the country. Myron has a passion for fitness and the overall development of each and every client."Fitness is a lifestyle and must instilled in each and everyone of us". Mr. Flowers is NSCA, NASM, and AMF certified and a graduate of North Carolina Central University (NCCU). As a student athlete, Myron was Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach during his junior and senior years at NCCU. Upon his graduation, Myron signed with the British Columbia Lions (Canadian Football League). Myron and his business partner, former NBA player David Vanterpool, founded 360 Fit and Performance in 2008.
Denny is in his first year of direct performance fitness. He has always been engaged in fitness and motivating students on all athletic levels. He held a 4 year letterman in football and basketball at Theodore Roosevelt High-School, where he was voted onto the DCIAA All-Star Team his senior year. While attending Waynesburg College Denny was voted all conference team his freshman and sophomore years. After college he was asked to be the Head Coach for his High-school JV football team where he served 2 years and later becoming the Varsity Linebacker Head Coach for 4 years.
Michael has 15 years of direct fitness and sports performance experience. He is AMA certified and has always had a passion for helping his clients reach their fitness goals. Michael believes fitness is a way of life and should be taught to people of all ages. While attending Bowie State University he majored in Physical Education. He was a 2 year letter winner at wide receiver where he made CIAA All rookie team and a professional career in the AFL. Michael specializes in program development by devising programs to help athletes reach their maximum potential.
